strange message !!

Hi Guys !!

First of all i'm not very good in English so sorry for my engilsh and I wish you will understand me happy

before some days my laptop " Toshiba Satellite C660-1HE and Windows 7 Home Premium is my OS " appears a strange window Error which is say :

*notice : this is just the translate for the message from Google translate because it appears in my language " Arabic "

the ERROR massage :

*Another notice : the title for window Error is " Microsoft .Net Framework " and I'm trying to uninstall the .Net Framework from my computer then install it again and nothing is change , the error still appear even the Framework doesn't install in the OS 0_0

Were you removing Toshiba apps?

This other post shows the person was removing Toshiba apps and damaged the OS or apps.

I think you should restore to the factory and stop fiddling.

Actually this is not my laptop , This laptop belonging to someone I know

he is doesn't know how to remove this disturbing window !! and then he ask me to fix that and I'm don't think he remove any Toshiba Apps

It's not your machine and the repairs do have a small risk. Since it's not your machine, why take the risk?

I supplied a link to show how an owner caused it. My bet is they didn't get replies because no one wanted to break the news to them on how to fix it.

Well, what you can do is just re-install the windows, usually most of the laptops have the recovery option by default, so if that laptop came with windows 7 pre installed, then there has to a button for resetting or reinstalling windows. you can try that, and yes, it will reset every dam thing like all the softwares and applications. Check if that works.
