After restoring my computer to factory settings and doing hardware tests HP has told me that there is a program conflict causing my computer to lock up and to do crash dumps.
Is there an easy way to find out what the problem is or do
I have to restore my computer to factory settings again and slowly put programs back on hoping I find the problem????
I'm almost ready to give up on this and just let the computer do what it wants.
I don't think this HP computer will last the 9+ years my Gateway Computer did.
