How do I delete my Webshots free account on a Mac?

I have tried to delete my Webshots free account, but have not been able to figure it out.

- In my Applications folder on my Mac, there is no program for it.
- There are no options to delete it online.
- I have contacted Customer Service and have received no replys.

Does anyone know how to do this??

From what I see, this is an online service, so you have to have someone from the service actually delete the account.

If the customer service department isn't responsive to email, the next step would probably be to call them on the phone. If that doesn't get it done, then you're probably looking at hiring a lawyer to file a lawsuit to force the company to do it. I'm guessing that option isn't worth the time or expense.
