"Computer Dude" depends on what EXACTLY is wrong with him (Dude being a male reference).

Dll stands for dynamic link library; sometime before when I used to start my computer it showed the same error like some dll file is missing. To fix this problem I downloaded that particular dll file and put that in system32 folder of my computer. Now there is no problem at all.
