Error 101 Connection reset how do I fix this?

I have been receiving this message every time I try to get onto a particular web site (www.yojoe.com) and I need to know what I can do to fix it. This has been going on for weeks now. Currently running Windows XP Pro.
My primary browser is Google Chrome, but it won't come up on IE 8 either. I tried searching for ways to fix it on Google and none of the suggestions I've tried have worked. I have run scans with Spybot, Malwarebytes Anti- Malware, Registry Mechanic, CCleaner, Advanced System Care, and Avast Antivirus with no luck. And I have reset my wireless modem a few times as well.
This is extremely frustrating to me as I am an avid G.I. Joe collector and this site is an invaluable resource to me.
Any ideas? And keep them simple as I am not very tech savvy.
