Windows 7 is having problems after malware removel

my computers operating system is i think corrupted in a way. My system got infected with trojans and malware and a virus or two and after removing them my computer will not run new programs when clicking them and error messages come up 2 or 3 times in a row.

What malware/trojans, and how did you remove them?

Removing malware often requires special and additional steps, and so we need to know what your computer was infected with and how you dealt with it.

Also what error messages are you seeing? Exact wording please.
