Should I trade?

The guy is wanting to trade me this:

ASUS G74 Series G74SX-BBK7

Its a laptop. He wants to trade me for my desktop.

My desktop specs are as follows:
640gb hd
6gigs DDR3 RAM
Geforce GTX275
i7 930 processor
P6T SE Motherboard


It also has an antec skeleton case.

What do you guys think? Which will game better. I cannot afford to get a new GPU right now, which I know is the main area my desktop is lacking.

I greatly appreciate any advice. Will be playing WoW, Battlefield 3, and Diablo 3 when it comes out.

Gaming laptops are notorious for troubles. From your statement you can't afford a new GPU but imagine how much to fix a laptop?

I advise to forget about it.
