which stuff can i delete? is catylist control center, and the visual c++'s able to be deleted and still maintain system stability? trying to free up as much junk & clutter as possible. thanks in advance!

If you are uninstalling everything, (note I said "uninstall", not 'delete'), isn't it easier just to reinstall the whole OS?

You can uninstall or remove (from Control Panel) what you don't use. For example:
- If you don't use Firefox, you can uninstall it
- If you don't use MS Office 2010, you can uninstall it
- If you never browse to sites that use Flash, you can uninstall that.
- If you never browse to sites that use Silverlight, you can uninstall that.
And so on.
That might leave a few programs you don't know about, that still are necessary. And a few programs you don't know about, that aren't really necessary.
So if you can limit the list to the what's left after you remove (from this list!) everything you're sure you need and everything you're sure you don't need (so limit your list to those items you're in doubt of) we could help with that.

it doesn't harm at all to have it. It doesn't slow your machine in any way, and the disk space it takes is neglectable.
