1,DVD copy made in Clone DVD2 and Ideal DVD copy - New!

G'day R Proffitta few facts about me, Graham, am 78 years, memory Lapses at times but later recalled.
I have 2 Tower Pc's at present and Have Re-Formatted them on several occassions. Installed TV cards.
Now the Crux of my Problem. At Present.I have tried to copy a Video file which I have had for a long time, This I have done on several occasions.using Clone DVD2 , Ideal DVD copy and Nero .I have used these programs several times over the years with no problems till now. Tried different Video files
In my searchs over the Net re Error 8004027 One was that an ASPI file could be the Problem. Serching my PC extensively could not find any Aspi files. Another mentioned Adaptec as a possible aid
See below to other Gentleman who has given his time to assist me. Thanks for your time and assistance I think you will appreciate my despair with this Problem.
I can Play DVD movies. No Problem
PS there are several Packages purporting to Solve this one of many problems I Have in my PCs which for all other purposes are still Functional.
My only income is my pension.I am housebound. The cheapest net service in Westnet.com.au. I do not Smoke or Drink as I used to do. Still not Financial for Luxury items of which Packages are.
This is NOT a begging letter, I am just Stating cold hard facts as is

2 both programs converted Files to format for writing to DVD disk.This was done. Disks were ejected. 3,On replaying in Power DVD both disks displayed error 800 0427 DVD video playback graph building failed 4, checked many sites to solve problem No good. Have done System restore.No good 5, Believe problem may be corrupted Aspi file 6, CNET Downloaded Adapted program for Adaptec files (Cannot remember Title). It was Downloaded but before installing CNet Webroot did a check on my computer Six faults found and removed. 7, could not find download for Installation. Extensive search of PC failed to find it. Tried to find it again in CNET failed
Tried several other of my DVD copies same story. HELP KInd Regards Graham Norris
