While searching in the past, I came across a few interesting entries, but note, I haven't actually tried any of these. Crashplan has a few interesting choices. Unlimited cloud backup is something like $3 / month, but for free they offer, well, not cloud backup, but offsite backup over the internet. The idea is, you have multiple computers at different locations, perhaps between you and friends and family, and they'll back up your computer to someone else's for free. Not as reliable as real enterprise level cloud storage, but simple turn-key off-site backup. Also, their free stuff might be ad based. A number of services offer unlimited size backups in the $3 to $6 per month range.
Also, beecloud, backify, and others (resellers of livedrive?) were recently offering free 512GB of free cloud storage, but it seems that, perhaps not surprisingly, the offers have vanished and/or the companies have gone out of business.
Again, I haven't actually tried any of these.
