BSoDs and crashes

I have been running Windows 7 on a machine I built for almost a year. Back in December, I began to receive very frequent crashes and blue screens. I re-installed windows, and the problem went away. A few weeks ago, I started getting them again. After cleaning out my CPU's heat sink, the problem went away until yesterday. Since then, I now receive a blue screen or crash seemingly at random. The errors I receive are as follows. 0x0000004E, 0x0000000A, and 0x0000003b. The messages I have seen are irql_not_less_or_equal, memory_management, and PFN_list corrupt. I am thinking that either my Board is going out, or I have bad memory. I use my computer for several hours on a daily basis and would really like any help I can get.

System-
GPU - Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6770
CPU - AMD Athlon X2 3.0 GHz Dual-Core
Motherboard - Biostar A780L3L
Memory - 4036 MB of Crucial Memory. Don't know specifics.

I've noticed that if I let my pc idle, it works just fine. I can also browse the internet with no problem and run FLStudio without any issues. However, when I talk on skype, watch netflix, or play any game, it's prone to crashing.

First things first. When was the last time you opened the case and blew out dust bunnies from fans, and typical routine hardware maintenance?

How old is this PC?

The thermal paste between the CPU and the Heat Sink can dry out and loose its heat transfer ability.

Also, how hot might the Graphics card be getting? I ask that as you mentioned games.

Try taking the cover off the PC and directing a fan across the innards of the computer and see if that reduces or eliminates the problem. If it does then you can b4e pretty sure it is heat and you then track it down to the specific item. since you say you clean regularly that would leave graphics card and thermal paste as most likely candidates.

I've been receiving temperatures between 30 C, and 57 C (idle to high cpu usage) and my video card goes up to 60 C, so I don't think that temperature is the problem. Also, I went today without any crashes and I did a bit of gaming.
