So I just got a new computer for Christmas and started transferring things from the Harddrive of my old computer (Which had been broken for months at this point because of an issue not related to the Hard drive.)
and it mostly went fairly well, until I got to one folder where nothing would show up in windows explorer. It didn't show up in the old Harddrive and it doesn't show up after being copied over. It wasn't a particularly important folder, it was just filled with some pictures and music. Here's my problem, though: When copying it over, the status window read through the file names and even the sub-folders as it transfered over, and still even gives me details on things like the size of the folder and the number of files. Even then, though, when opened up in windows explorer, it tells me that the folder is empty.
My old system was a CyberPower PC with Vista, my current one is an HP with Win. 7, if that's important at all.
