No, x-rays are unlikely to damage anything. They're just not powerful enough. You wouldn't be taking your computer through any metal detectors anyway, so no need to worry about that.

I would personally suggest leaving the power supplies behind and just buying new ones when you get to Korea. Then there shouldn't be any issues connecting to the local power grid. From what little I know about moving abroad like you are, it's usually cheaper to just buy new stuff when you get there as opposed to shipping everything.

That is another option of course, if you're worried about airport security measures. Just pack up the electronics, and ship them to your Korean address via UPS or FedEx so that they arrive maybe a day after you do. Probably cheaper than paying to have them loaded into the luggage hold of the plane.

As was said, the xray will not harm or damage your equipment in any way. If you think about it, travelers send laptops through xray machines all the time. Security will not allow you to carry that equipment through the metal detector, but it wouldn't harm your gear anyway.

Most power supplies have a small switch that allows you to operate on 110v or 220v. If yours doesn't have that, then you'll need a new PS. You'll need a plug adapter for the plug type (type B to type F).
