Many BSOD shutting down my pc

Yes I need help I can run my pc in safe mode but not in Windows 7 Ulitimate .
Dell Dimension E520
processor 2.80 Ghz
Memory 8 Gb
32 Bit Operating system

I have Registery cleaners ,Spywear cleaners, melwear cleaners,Microsoft Fixit Center. To no avail nothing works I have checked & it tells me that all my drivers are up-to-date.
When I ran the Microsoft Fixit for the Aero Glass fix my screen turen gray & never went back to the windows screen

There are notes somewhere about more than 4 GB RAM on 32 bit OSes. I'd start by trying this with 2GB RAM.

This machine may have an outdated BIOS, that drive could have the defective firmware. Your support needs to help you check if this machine can run Windows 7. So far it can't.

I have tried restore with disk also tried repair
Then done a clean install wiped drive clean
And reinstall windows . Nothing worked pc still crashing
To BSOD

of the many possible Blue Screens that you are seeing.

Almost all will have a message such as IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and a set of hex addresses such as:
0x00000D1 (0x0000000C, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF86B5A89) and often even the faulting driver such as:
gv3.sys - Address F86B5A89 base at F86B5000, DateStamp 3dd991eb

Give us the information the blue screen gives you to enable better assistance.

From other replies it appears that you have an unsupported hardware problem with unavailable drivers but the actual bluescreen messages will be valuable aids.
