White blank page when going to coupons.com????

Not sure where to post this question:

I had to replace my hard drive and reinstall. Everything seems to work fine, but my wife is a couponing fanatic. She can no longer print coupons from Target, www.redplum.com, www.coupons.com; but they print fine off facebook and smartsource.com???
The coupons.com website does not even come up on the computer but only as a white page.

OS is Windows 2000 and Browser is the latest Firefox. The coupons were fine before the hard drive swap/reinstall with the same OS and same browser, so I am missing something. I've tried looking around for an answer on google but nothing has worked.
