These script failures usually mean the web site itself has bad scripts.
In IE you can disable the messages that inform you of script failures. Goto Tools > Internet Options, then the Advanced tab, then look for the following two entries;
"Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)", and
"Disable script debugging (Other)".
Tick each of those then Apply/OK.
Close down IE and re-test.

In the same list I find something like "Report every script error". That's unchecked here. I don't know the difference between this one and the two you mention.
That's why I wrote "two or three".
Might need some experimenting. But that's easy.
The error messages can be caused also by Internet security programs (including settings in the hosts file). A lot of the javascripts used are located on some site, not in the html-page itself. If such a site is blocked it can't be read and that can trigger other errors in other scripts. The more protection, the more errors. That's ironic.

Usually it helps to uncheck settings like "find script errors" or "report script errors" (2 or 3 different ones, and, sorry, I don't have the English version of IE9 here, so I can't tell exactly) in Tools>Internet Options>Advanced.
Maybe setting all to default is enough, maybe you have to set one or two manually.
