IExplorer keeps crashing

the windows keeps sending messages about IE crashing without even opening it i opened the task manager in the processes tab i find it there
i just want to know a way to uninstall it because i know it is part of the windows its internet explorer 9 and i have windows 7 x32

There are two. Internet Explorer, a web browser, and Windows Explorer, a disk navigation application.

Which one?

If IE is never opened and you get a message saying "Explorer has failed", then that is Explorer, not just Internet Explorer.

If this is happening all the time then that means this machine has issues.

You don't give us any details of your machine so all I can suggest is generic advice.

1] Scan your computer with your anti-virus scanner and then install the free versions of Malwarebytes Anti-malware and SUPERAntiSpyware and update and run scans with both.

2] Make sure that there are no corrupted files or shortcut icons on your desktop.
