Computer freezes then shuts off, help please.

I have a slightly new build, i'd say about two months old. Lately I've
been noticing that my computer will just freeze when I'm doing something
, and a few minutes after turn off. or i turn it off by pressing the
button. I have my BIOS that i've updated, i've ran memory tests, so my
RAM isn't the problem. Everything seems to be hooked up. I even monitor
the Processor temp and it stays around 34-43 degrees Celsius. Here are
my computer specs:
