One camera, two different display results

Hi all

I have a 4 camera cctv system in the office and I want to share one of the cameras views with the girls outside in another department so that when they look up and the front desk is busy one of them may go and help. The other 3 cameras I want to keep private.

If I put a splitter in the out signal to two monitors they will display the same image on both monitors. The only option I see is buying an extra cheap DVR system and split the camera signal before it gets to the DVR and then that splitter will send a signal to one DVR and one to the other DVR that will display that only camera outside while I see my regular 4 cameras.

Is there another way?
