Help with running "Processes"

Hi. My laptop has tons of things running at the startup.

I've already used a tool, so now at startup only a few programs start. But I still have All of these things.

I have no idea what most of them are or what can be stopped. So Please. Some help?

Which Operating System?

First, try using the instructions in the link below to shut down unnecessary startup services.. Change your services list so it's the same as the "Safe" or "Tweaked" column of the chart in the links:

Win7

Vista
http://www.blackviper.com/WinVista/servicecfg.htm

XP
http://www.blackviper.com/WinXP/servicecfg.htm

Once that's done, restart the computer, then run "msconfig" from a "Run" line. When the System Configuration Utility loads, click on the "Startup" tab and UNCHECK as many unnecessary startup programs that are left.. To confirm which ones are unnecessary, look up the name of the program using the link below:
