CANNOT DRAG AND DROP FILES & START UP INTERNET EXPLORER

Hey techies...i just have multiple problems bugging my computer...To start with
1.Cannot start up internet explorer!!
2.Cannot drag and drop files.
3.Takes long time to display shut down options when pressing "Turn off computer button".

The first two has been irritating me for a while as i cannot update my computer and cannot drag-drop files...I guess its registry problems or something..and am working with my computer a lot cauz myself is a 'computer science student'..At present i am using firefox as my default browser.

My malware bytes log has posted clean review..I really dont understand whats the matter.!! Please!!Please help!

Any help would be appreciated and thanking u guys in advance...Hope i can soon get a reply!:smile:

A Little More Information Would Help

Which version of Windows are you using? Which version of Internet Explorer? Laptop or desktop? What is the computer make and model number? Do you have the original Windows CD and have you tried a "repair" install yet?

Tried a different browser yet? If not, then on a separate computer, download the free Firefox browser from the link below, transfer it to a CD or flash drive, then install it on the problem machine.

Tried installing a second removal tool and running a full system scan? If not, on a separate, clean computer, please download the free tool, then install and run a full system scan with the SuperAntispyware program and the manual updater from the links below. Install the program first, then run the manual updater to bring it current. :
