i need to learn making background pictures like this, is there any site whee i can learn making such ( uploaded ) pictures?

and if you go to www.google.com and type in "adobe photoshop tutorial" (with the quotes) you will see several. Pick what you want from there.

Ebay has many photoshop training tutorials, many for under $15.
