Excel Password Recovery HELP!

I can't access my excel file for i have forgotten my password.What password cracker or recovery tool do i need to download to unlock that file. Ive tried almost fiveto seven free password recovery tool but to no avail... Pls. help for this is URGENT.

Your guidance is highly appreciated.


Im using windows XP 2002
Service Pack 2 256mb ram
