Dragon Naturally Speaking cannot find multimedia device

My new Acer Aspire 5517 cannot detect the multimedia device.It reads"Check to see if your computer has a sound card,or if the multimedia wave;in is missing from the sound card."
I have Win 7 installed.
How would I find this sound card?

Older DNS had issues with 64 bit Windows versions. Be sure you have their latest or else you might have problems.
