Uhm...wasn't engage in piracy

Just wanted to post that this is a legitimate transfer of data from ole box to new box with legitimate copies of XP on both of them. Couldn't think of another way to get that message to you Griff so feel free to delete this post or what have you when you read it. Just trying to help out my client and get his work done as quick as possible is all. Thanks for the insight and assistance and thanks again.

Your statement of "Cloning a hard drive" indicates the operating system and all was copied to an external drive, then the hard drive from the external drive was then transferred and installed, operating system and all, into the new computer.. Such is a violation of the Windows EULA if BOTH computers are now using the operating system from the "old box".. That's illegal use of a Microsoft Windows product.

If I've misinterpreted what you've done, let us know.
