Search & delete 0kb files

I use a application that syncs the My Documents folder on my hard drive to an online repository. When I'm on another computer I can access and even change the files and they sync back to my hard drive.
I've been using it for a couple of years and it generally works well, but for whatever reason, it leaves behind lots of 0KB files -- primarily empty .doc files. At first it was just a curiosity, but now it is bothering me. I'm moving my files to a new computer and want to clean them up first.
I need a way to search for 0KB files that are in multiple, nested folders on my Windows XP system. Then delete them -- all at once.
Windows search function finds them, but since they are in multiple folders, it won't allow me to delete them without clicking through to each folder individually. Same problem with Copernic. I've tried a couple of other apps (CC cleaner and Advanced System Care free) and neither have the option to search for and delete files by size.
Can anyone tell me how to do this? This is such a simple problem, there has to be a simple solution that I'm just not finding...
