Error Message: STOP 0x000000EA

Hello i have an alienware AREA-51 M9750 laptop and ive had nothing but problems ever since i first bought it and alienware has been no help.. ive tried almost everything. the problem im having is.. Error Message: STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER (Q293078)

I have an Alienware Area-51 M9750
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU T7400 @ 2.16GHz (2 CPUs)
2048MB RAM
120 GB Hard drive
2 NVIDIA GeForce 8700M GT (SLI)
Realtek HD Audio output
Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 3

Any advice would be great, Thanks

Microsoft has two different KB articles on this subject:

1)http://support.microsoft.com/kb/293078
2)http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314215

It looks as if installing the latest NVIDIA driver should correct the problem:
