Graphics card and flash problems

I have two problems with my computer and somehow I feel both is related. I own a Dell Inspiron 6000 for the people who want to know.

I started to watch videos online and through iTunes in HD but the video doesn't play that good. The video will freeze and jump from point to point while staying the audio continues to play. When I turn my computer on from shut down, it would have this problem, but hibernation seems to solve this problem. However, if my computer is on too long, it will start having the problems again.

My next problem is about flash and my touch pad on my laptop. When ever I would play a flash video in full screen, it would disable the tap function for a left click after two or three video are played in full screen. Hibernation also fixes this problem and sometimes if the computer is on long enough, the problem will go away on its own.

If anybody could help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. Also if no one can help me, do you think I should call CNET Live abut there problems?
