Generic Host Process for Win32 Problem

Hello,

I am having trouble trying to solve an error message and have tried almost everything. Because of it, I cannot download SP3.

Every so often an error message up pops and the message, 'Generic Host Process for Win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close'. I have sent so many reports and yet no information has been sent back.

I have scanned my computer repeatedly for viruses and spyware(AVG & Spybot). Run a diagnostics and yet everything is fine. The only problem I have is that once a awhile during bootinh, they system will stop and a blue screen appears with the message,

'Stop: c00021a{fatal System Error}'

I'll reboot and everything will be fine.

Please help.

In many cases, this seems to be caused by malware/spyware.
Try running the usual removal programs and see if that helps.
