Computer help forum: I can't control my mouse pointer, i need help`

I don't know how to start cause it is a real serious and big problem for me. i have dealt with some viruses but not like that. My mouse pointer suddenly start moving here to there and i can't control then.generally it clicks on start and sometimes open and close programmes. I thought it as a general virus and then firstly i used antivirus but didn't work then i formatted my C drive. But things didn't change. Then i broke the whole partition and created new partition i mean i formatted(quick format NTFS) all drives. And i was astonished when the virus still didn't go! Indeed after formatting while installing windows it started working! Then I also changed my mouse, things are as usual yet. I don't know what to do, I really need a good solution for it, anyone know abt it? I also changed some of my mouse settings, like unchecking automatically move pointer, unchecking enhance pointer etc. but nothing happened. when the virus starts working if then I stop moving my mouse then it also stops
