Vaio Camera Capture Utility Hotfix Error

Ok, so sometimes when i start the camera capture utility i get a blue screen and am informed that there was an error, and to check and see whether another program is using the camera. I look it up, get a hotfix from windows. I try to unzip it to the C:\Drive. and get the following message: "an error occurred while unzipping.One or more files were not successfully unzipped. The error code is 40"

You need an external program such as 7zip to view the zip files and to extract them.
Also, try an external program for the camera.

I have WinRarCrystalXP or something like that, anyway, yes, i know i need an unzipping program, the problem is its not in a .zip format! the name is ######_intl_i###_zip.exe the # standing for a number each. Do I change the extension?

PROBLEM FIXED!!

I just couldn't unzip into the C:\ drive directly, I unzipped into my Desktop and it unzipped without a hitch!
