Computer help forum: Internet explorer always stops working and then restarts

Hi, I'm just wondering what I should do. Whenever I start my computer, with vista, a message pops up saying: Windows has stopped working, and then it says that it's going to restart...and it does...but then it restarts again and again until I finally go into the task manager and stop it. If anyone has some advice for me, I'd really like to hear it.
