PC reboots by itself after shutdown

I don't know if I have an XP problem or some hardware problem. I have XP Pro with SP2.

Recently my PC has started a disturbing behavior: about 3-4 minutes after I have shut down the computer, it will reboot on it's own without me touching it. Basically I can't shut off my computer completely unless I unplug it from the wall.

Any ideas what would cause this?
