Virtumonde

I cannot remove an adware file called Virtumonde. When I try to delete it I get a message that states it is being used with another program and cannot be deleted. It has a .dll file with it (awvvv.dll). Can any one help me delete it. I use Mcafee anti-virus, and all I can do is quarantine it.
