Outlook express mail diverted to hotmail..

I cannot seem to rid this problem.. It just started. I can send outlook express (verizon.net mail) to anyone and it is ok.. But all my mail that comes to verizon.net is being diverted to my hotmail account.. I cannot seem to fix this problem. I have several spyware programs and trend micro antivirus and I feel I am pretty safe. But why would this happen? Help

ps. when it comes to hotmail.. it says it is to and from my verizon acc.

Sounds like your inbound server accounts are mixed up. Call Verizon and ask them to verify.

open Outlook Express and take a look at your account--Does the REPLY TO line show your hotmail address?

Assuming that is not the case go online and access your account with Verizon and see if you have configured it to forward incoming email to your hotmail account.

Another possibility would be if you are using a third party anti-spam application that you might have configured incorrectly for what you really want done with the mail.

WHAT did you install immediately prior to your noticing this happening? That application would be a good place to start.
