avg won't open

WXP SP2
Intel P4 + Motherboard
ZoneAlarm, OE6, IE6, Spybot, Ad Aware.

Defragged a day ago, today trying to collect email I had this error message ..

"Could not initialize avg anti-virus kernel interface. Application cannot run" I cannot open AVG at all. What solutions do have? Haven't tried to unninstall it yet but I suspect it won't.

Appears to be an AVG problem with ZoneAlarm, Windows XP built-in Firewall and Kerio Personal Firewall effecting email control through AVG and AVG Update. I remembered I also did an update as well as defrag. See .pdf downloaded from the following page ...
