Loading turbo tax

I am trying to load tirbo tax deluxe Using windows 98
second edition on a pionex pc Pentium 3 450 this it the first time i have experienced any trouble loading anything. I get a message ERROR could not load dialog DLL C:\windows\temp and a lot of numbers.Contacted Turbo Tax support filling out there form all it says is in a short sentance is to clear up Terminate Stay Resident TSR or some thing might be corrupted what can i do i dont understand Thanks in advance for any responce Art

go to C:\windows\temp and delete everything there and then retry installing.
