How to erase old / unused email addresses?

We have had throughout last summer and fall regularily visits from relatives, and while here, quite naturally, they used my pc to check their mail etc.
When I do log on to one of the sites I frequently use, upon entering my email address, a drop down window appears with a number of relative's email addresses to choose from, some of them are quite funny, but I rather like to have them all gone except mine.
I have to mention that the log-on process is "Protected by AuthentiX", whatever that means. Further, only email addresses ending with @hotmail are listed.
I have already tried 'tools - internet options - content - autocomplete' - and deleted everything in there but they will not go away.
How do I delete these?
I am running windows xp.
Any help is appreciated.
