Latitude E5530 or Lenovo T530???

Start law school next month. Buying a new laptop since my dell vostro is 5+ years old. At 39 it seems I missed out on all the gaming so I don't need anything for that. Mostly school work with multiple windows open and great WiFi connectivity is all that is required. Good battery life is also a plus. Durability is important to me. I am computer illiterate so tech support might be beneficial. Although, I do have some common sense and ability if instructions can be found in forums like this. The reviews I found seem to lean toward the Latitude. What do y'all think? I can post the specs if that is necessary. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Since battery life matters (which is not to be confused with how many minutes you get to use it on a charge) see the spec sheets on the battery for rated cycles. Take the cycles and an average of the run time and you arrive at the total battery life.

This time is rather expensive so always plug in when possible.
