Did this PC work in the past? What changed recently before it quit working? Do you get the screen from the motherboard when you first power on? Can you access the BIOS setup? You say you can put in a DVD/CD, but have you put in a bootable one like the Windows install disc or a repair disc? What OS is installed on your hard drive? Have you checked the connectors to the monitor? Do you have a discrete video card? What happens if you remove the discrete video card?

Yes the PC worked in the past. I removed the CPU when trying to install a new CPU fan. After an "incident" (I droped the CPU) I rushed to place the CPU back in whithout the fan. It worked but my CPU temperature application "CPU cool" warned me: "+99 c". I quickly turned it off and placed the Fan back in later after ithad cooled down. It no longer worked. At first the fans would not even start up.
Now the fans start up by I don't even reach a splash creen. upThe screen dosen't start
-I have not tried to put the install disc in because I thought that since nothing is displayed on my screen it would not be worth trying.
+(my OS is windows 7)
I have checked and re-checked my cables. Can't find any obvious issues.
Revised component list:

Motherboard: Asus Rampage IV Gene
CPU: Intel i7 3280
GPU: Asus GTX670

+Heat sink fan: Geminii M4
Case: Corsaire Obsidian 650 D
Power: Antec high current gamer 650 w

Circuits cooked maybe?

Ouch. With temps that high some circuits could've gotten fried. I'd have the mobo and CPU checked by a qualified service technician. When the temps get over 80 degrees C, permanent damage can occur. 99 is only 1 degree away from the boiling point of water.

If you get no display then setting the bios is going to be pretty hard to do. if there is actaully a minor initial display maybe, but you aren't on that. I suggest you open case and find the CMOS "clearing pins" they usually are labeled, short them out for a moment upon powering-ON and see if that improves. If you get a display then, enter the bios area, it should offer what "keys" to enter to do this, if not then read the manual or visit the online support webpage for Asus for your model# mtrbd.. report back....
