Spyware Malware

I have been using ccleaner and hitman pro but my time as run out and I haven't registered with them. However, I am now having problems with getting kicked out of my email. My understanding is that this may be do to my system being compromised by malware. So, now I guess I should be purchasing something to clear the malware like ccleaner hitman pro or can I download another program that is free. Would zonealarm work? I have tried the link to rkill and followed the advice to download malwarebytes and super antispy but i am still getting kicked out of my email i use windows mail
