Are these CPU usages "normal" -please help!

While running Starcraft2=30-50%
While running Warcraft3=20-30%
While idle it jumps from 25-30-50%

My system specs:
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: GA-870A-USB3
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 955 Processor (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
8 gigs of ram
2 Amd radeon 6850's running thru crossfire
Water cooling

Let Me know if You need anymore info.

Im thinking the CPU is running this high is cuz: im on a 3rd floor. no A/C(have 2 fans and 2 small windows in my room tho) and cuz right now it is 86°F | °C.

Please if anyone could tell me if these cpu usages are normal or not, that would be really nice.

PS my computer only has water cooling not any other fans what so ever(not sure if that makes a dif tho) and im think of adding 2-3 fans soon

I find most games hit the CPU hard. Usually closer to 100%.

With a CPU at under 100 F I would never consider another fan.
