Need help to find out whats eatting up all my free space

Hello and how are you doing today? I have had my vista home premium computer for 4 yrs now. it has dual core CPU at 1.9 Gz each, and 350 GB hard drive with 2G of RAM.for the last 3.5 years my free space stayed the same until I installed something then I would look to see how much free space Is left. Every things been going good until the last month where my free space gest used up and the hard drive drops down 2 to 4 Gb perday. It goes down while I use my computer. It's driving me nuts to find out what using up all my free space and I have not installed anything for months now. My CPU usage is low to maybe it gets up to 40 CPU usage while I'm doing normal activity. I"m going to be down to zero soon. What could be causing this?help me PLZ & thanks Curt

Helo again I'm still been waiting since earlier this am when I posted 1st request for a answer but still gotten no help yet. can some plz help me to figure out why my free space is going away and I;m not downloading anything in a month. Its driving me nut why all of a sudden I;m using up free space on my hard drive and can't figrue out what to do. can someone kelp me??
