Mouse Won't Click on Links in Internet Explorer
I had the same problem. I found out what the problem was. In Internet Explorer 9, under the "View" tab, there is an option to turn on something called "panning hand". I had clicked that to see what it did and then I forgot about it. When I went to web pages later, I couldn't click on links in web pages. I searched all over for the problem and could never resolve it. I couldn't even respond here since when I tried to reply, I would get the box to make a user name. That wouldn't work either. As soon as I turned off that "panning hand" thing all was back to normal. I can't in my wildest dreams figure out why Microsoft would even place that option there when all it does is bugger things up. What do we need a panning hand for in Internet Explorer anyway?
