You have the "redirect malware/virus". Provided you have access to another PC, do so. On that other PC, download SAS or similar flash drive or CD based(burned to) and allow to boot into "safe mode w/networking" the problem PC. As it is, you may not be able to do d/l'ing or accessing help sites if the malware is at work. Also, besides using the corrective s/w, once done, you *may* need to disable the restore feature. The restore files often are used to store malware and allow it to return after being cleaning, once it truly is cleaned and problem doesn't appear again, re-enable the restore and do a restore point. I also suggest you visit the spyware, virues, security forum and query there also. use the sticky post for links of helpful pgms..
