Mozilla Foxfire

I have been trying and trying to download the patch for Mozilla Foxfire, but keep getting a message that Mozilla Foxfire is running and I need to shut it down. I have tried to uninstall and get the same message. I really don't know what else to do to fix my Foxfire. I don't know how to shut it down. I had to go online this time using Internet Explorer because I couldn't get Mozilla Foxfire up.
Is there someone who can help me with this problem? I really need help.

Then go into Task Manager and kill it.
