Building a computer for the first time, HELP?

I am wondering if any of these parts conflict or any suggestions for the replacement also why did they not match. I am trying to learn how to build a computer without going to school. I have somewhat higher than average understanding of pc's just not building them. Mostly confused on the GPU's and matching the right memory. I have a budget of $850 this will need to include moniter and play medium to somewhat high end games.
