hi everyone. im a newbie in web developement so please help me out. what should i do so that the developed website will be accessible through the internet? How do i go about web hosting and other necessary stuff? thanks so much

Since you're still starting, it would be best if you try the free web hosts first -- the best ones are blogger and wordpress. As you blog, you'll learn how your posts and pages appear, basic html, basic css, blogger themes, wordpress themes. Posting in forums, making relevant comments on other blogs, submitting articles to article directories and putting your website URL in any site that allows you -- these will help you increase your traffic. As you develop your blog, decide whether you want to remain on blogger or wordpress or move to a paid host, so you can own a high-level domain name, such as ----.com.

W3schools.com is a good place to learn your coding languages. In addition to Wordpress and Blogger, there are WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) website builders that require less coding, and usually can help with domain registration and hosting too.
