i cannot Play Games

Hi...
I have Lenovo Ideacentre k230 Desktop.
i have installed in Windows XP SP3 OS.
after that I had sound Problem but i installed Drivers then it is Ok.
But i cannot Play Games in my Desktop.
it Shows Error Massage cant create 3d Objects and many more or sometimes Hanged Means nothing is Done Only Black screen is Displayed.
So, I want to Ask that is any Driver is needed for that to Run Smoothly.

Please Help me...

What version of DirectX did you install?

And did you install all XP drivers (notably the driver for the video card)?

Run Everest or Belarc, for example, to find what video you have. If you can't find all drivers you need on the Lenovo site, on the CD's or DVD's that came with the machine, or with say Nvidia or ATI, it's rather hopeless. Then go back to factory settings (Vista?).

What are the names of the games. Could be your computer is not capable.

To run the latest 3-d graphics games,a run of the mill rig will not cut it.

Direct X Version

I have Downloaded all the Drivers For the XP OS From the Lenovo.com and installed it But i Dont Know Abt Direct X Version..

Still seems to me a video driver or DirectX issue.

Run dxdiag. What does it say?
