Computer newbies forum: NT Kernel changed since last log on

Can anyone tell me what caused this Set Point report to show up when I boot up my computer. I recently moved and went to a new internet provider (COX) and within a day this started to pop up. It says that it is requesting to connect to the internet. Does anyone know if it is alright to let it connect?
